Financial Aid. If you are applying for a financial aid scholarship, please fill out the paper registration form and check the financial aid box. No additional form is required. Requests for financial aid are sent to Brooks administration, who will determine student eligibility. Eligible students will be awarded one scholarship before multiple requests are granted. Brooks PTA will be guided by the school in awarding multiple scholarships.
Enrollment. Each class has an enrollment minimum. If the enrollment minimum is not met for a particular class, it may be cancelled. Parents will be notified of cancellations by no later than October 1st.
Payment. Payment is due prior to classes starting or your child’s registration will be canceled. Payment may be made via the online registration system; however, payment can be made via check or money order by placing it in the “After School Enrichment” box at the school front desk. Please indicate “After School Enrichment” and student name on all payments submitted.
