About the Brooks PTA

The Brooks PTA meets monthly and is led by an Executive Board that is elected each Spring to a one-year term.

The Brooks PTA reinforces and amplifies the Brooks community’s priorities by providing excellent programs and enrichment opportunities for all Brooks students, including after-school programs. Additionally, the Brooks PTA devotes considerable resources to supporting literacy enrichment opportunities throughout the school year to ensure that every Brooks student appreciates the wonders and possibilities available to readers through quality books. These literacy enrichment opportunities, which include enabling students to interact with popular authors, have been a priority of the PTA for the last several years.

In addition to programs and enrichment opportunities, the Brooks PTA also focuses on building and strengthening the school’s most important asset: the Brooks community. Whether through the popular Fall Festival, dine-outs, the Spring Auction, or myriad communications, the Brooks PTA helps sustain and strengthen the bonds of friendship and community among the students and adults who comprise Brooks Elementary School.
